The truest leader is the finest gentleman. Gentlemanliness is the prime characteristic of a real father and a leader. King David said, “Thy gentleness has made me great.” Gentleness is a manifestation of real strength. Weak men and women have the tendency to be harsh, hostile, manipulative, and abusive to compensate for their inadequacies and insecurities.
The strength of a man or woman can be found in the gentleness in which he or she handles matters.
So, you call yourself a leader? Can one be a gentleman and a great leader?

Really leaders are truely gentle at their efforts and not acting.They are considerate, justifiable that nobody can.They can handle any situation at ease.

History lots of gentlemen like Mahatma gandhi, Nelson mandela etc etc.
In fact this is a leadership quality.It can be learned if we really want to be gentle in our daily interaction.
I think A gentleman can be great leader but a great leader maynot be gentleman .

I think those are just one type of leaders. Leaders can think and lead in many ways based on the crowd and gentleness and expertise of the group. But A true leader is one who leads and gets the restpect be it ina soft gentle way or otherwise. Because True leaders are neither gentle nor harsh all the time but a beautiful balance of both and the team wins all the time!
